Workforce Pipeline & Retention Initiative Program
This program is grant funded through the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS). With these funds, we are able to provide scholarships for 3 Dental Assistants per year. This also includes a paid internship with HealthFirst.

The Dental Assistant training program is offered through Career Steps.

These programs are online and self-paced but does require the student to complete the course study in 9 months and have a 2-year commitment to HealthFirst.
