Introduction:
We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for the IT management, digitalization & processes department to support us in planning and implementing our IT infrastructure.
At Enwendo, our digital and automated processes are key to being able to support a large number of customers with high customer satisfaction in their renovation projects with a small team.
To maintain this, we are looking for support.Your responsibilities:
- Develop creative solutions for complex processes within the company
- Manage the (SaaS) applications used in the company (e.g. Hubspot, GSuite, Easybill, Notion)
- Document and conceptualize digital business processes
- Develop and implement automations for daily tasks
- Provide user training and support
- Analyze and troubleshoot errors and disruptions
Your profile:
- Degree in Business Informatics (B.Sc./M.Sc.), IT training, or proven experience in this field
- Ability to follow existing processes
- Quick comprehension and high discipline
- Ability to handle pressure
- Strong team player
- Excellent written communication skills in German
- Previous knowledge in energy consulting and energyefficient renovation is not necessary
