Responsibilities:

Conducting demandoriented planning of service appointments and customer mobility
First personal welcome and support of our customers
Telephone information about service offerings and promotions
Independent and proactive organization of reception and telephone communication
Appointment preparation and coordination with service advisors and parts department
Cash management
Order preparation and maintenance of customer and vehicle data
Preparation of vehicle documents for customer pickup
Handover of vehicles to end customers after workshop stay, including invoice handover

Qualifications:

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship as an automotive salesperson or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in the aftersales sector and certification as a service assistant desirable
Excellent manners, strong organizational and communication skills, and team spirit
Proficient in MS Office
High reliability, flexibility, and a selfsufficient, reliable, and dedicated work style
