Description

Salary range is $90k-120k. ManTech is looking for a proactive Network Installation / End User Technician to join the team in Tampa, FL. This role involves the setup and resolution of desktop devices like VTCs, laptops, MFDs, and conference rooms.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of IT hardware support experience, Associate's Degree with 5 years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of experience.
Hold an IAT level II certification like Security + (preferred for Network support).

(Mandatory for start, not for interview/acceptance)

Hold an IAT level I certification like Network+ or A+ for non-network tasks.

(Mandatory for start, not for interview/acceptance)

Experience in customer interaction.

-Some traveling required to support the region.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CAN networking requirements.
Proficiency in using a ticketing system.
Good cabling skills for installation, splicing, and fabrication.

Clearance Requirements:

Must have an active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance (from the MD Intelligence Customer).

Responsibilities:

Offer installation/troubleshooting for VOIP phones, AVMM/conference rooms, printers, desktop computers, and other hardware at request, including cabling work.
Support refresh, modernization, projects, and STO activities when needed.
Travel to provide support at other locations in the area.
Follow proper equipment processes and maintenance.
Perform equipment surveys, update databases, and assist in logistical services.
