Start your dual studies with us in October 2025 and learn all commercial and business activities of an international industrial company. During the 3-year business studies, lectures at the DHBW Ravensburg alternate with practical training at Ehrmann every three months. You can expect a top training salary: 1st year €1299, 2nd year €1431, 3rd year €1589 plus vacation and Christmas bonuses.

These are your tasks

At the university, you will be taught theoretical foundations in business and economics, statistics, law, and corporate accounting.
In addition, you can deepen your skills and interests through elective modules, for example in marketing, materials management, human resources, or finance.
During your practical assignments, you will actively work in day-to-day business, take on tasks independently, and support us in projects.
You will get to know essential areas of the company such as purchasing, logistics, marketing, sales, controlling, and human resources.
