Description
We are currently seeking a Process Optimization Specialist for our location in Waltershausen, Germany.As part of the Nissha Group, we specialize in the development and production of high-quality decorative plastic parts and assemblies for clients in the automotive, telecommunications, household and electrical engineering, and medical technology industries.
With our extensive experience in the "In-Mould-Labeling" (IML) technology, we are one of the market leaders in combining plastic and film.
Your responsibilities will include daily monitoring of quality and process stability in production, prioritizing necessary actions in consultation with the production management, optimizing processes based on relevant metrics, documenting process disruptions and implementing countermeasures, analyzing setup processes and proposing improvements, identifying training needs for technical staff and developing training strategies, organizing and conducting practical and theoretical employee training, conducting trials and finding parameters for new tools, supporting the specification of new machines, equipment, and tools.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in plastic technology or mechatronics, several years of experience in the plastic or automotive supply industry, knowledge of injection molding processes and machinery, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
