    Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center eagerly awaits a proactive Business Office Manager to lead seamless administrative support throughout our facility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As our Business Office Manager, you'll serve as a crucial liaison between administrative staff and various departments, ensuring smooth communication and support across the facility. Your duties will include:

    • Collaborating with the Administrator to optimize facility-wide operations
    • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to all departments
    • Flexibly undertaking assignments across different departments as directed
    • Coordinating meetings with external agencies and fostering positive relationships with families and residents
    • Managing mail processing and distribution to facilitate seamless communication
    • Adhering to established policies while handling inquiries and information releases
    • Welcoming visitors warmly and directing them appropriately
    • Supporting various administrative tasks, from typing to account management
    • Ensuring timely distribution of Personal Needs Allowance (PNA) to residents
    • Providing front desk relief, showcasing your multitasking abilities
    • Liaising with Future Care on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
    • Representing the Business Office at Medicare meetings
    • Assisting the Human Resources Department as needed
    • Managing weekly banking tasks and other errands as required

    Qualifications:

    • Previous SNF experience
    • Proactive attitude toward adopting new methods to enhance current practices
    • Ability to interpret financial records and reports effectively
    • Proficiency in computer systems, applications, and office equipment
    • Aptitude for making independent decisions when necessary
