Sales Assistant for Used Cars (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Personal assistance to the sales manager for used cars
  • Support in checking and approving purchase, financing and leasing contracts
  • Management and monitoring of orders to internal and external service providers
  • Planning and billing of internal transport logistics
  • Retrieval and preparation of data and statistics
  • Examination of internal and external invoices
  • Creation and execution of inventory and sales reports to manufacturers
  • Close and constructive cooperation with the supporting back offices

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with first professional experience in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge of common IT systems and core processes in car dealerships is an advantage, but not a requirement
