Description
We are looking for an experienced full-time Key Account Manager for a long-term position within our direct placement program. Our company is dynamic and operates internationally in the consumer goods industry, with headquarters located in 28199 Bremen. Here are your responsibilities
- As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all customer relationships
- You will primarily act as the main point of contact for a selected group of clients and handle the entire order process
- This includes managing returns and complaints, coordinating appointments, and handling all written and verbal correspondence
- You will also be responsible for creating credit notes, checking incoming invoices, and maintaining master data
What we are looking for
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant, and have relevant work experience in this field
- You are proficient in MS Office and have good English skills, which you can confidently apply when needed
- You are a strong communicator and excel as a Key Account Manager with your independent and flexible work style
