- Be a technical leader; mentor and train team members as needed
- Develop test strategies and plans; execute and monitor results, and report on progress
- Interact with multiple teams in different locations (India, USA) and time zones
- Report and track defects in a timely manner during test execution
- Collaborative with Developers, QA, and BA teams and partner in their progress
- 4-7 years of experience with POS manual and automated testing: Protractor/Selenium and WebdriverIO, API Testing: Postman or Rest Assured
- Prior experience with Fiserv platforms and systems
- Experience in Java, and JavaScript
- Experience in TestNG, BBD Framework: Cucumber
- Experience with source control and git/GitHub
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, military, or work experience
- Knowledge of SDLC: Waterfall and Agile, Scrum, Kanban
- Experience in SQL
- Experience with version control systems, Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence
- Knowledge in Merchant Onboarding
- Knowledge in Cards and Payments

What does a successful Quality Assurance Engineer- Senior Professional II do at Fiserv?
Drive the research, evaluation and implementation of automated testing tools and utilities. Perform test planning and execution for multiple software products and releases. Prepare the automated solution using existing framework and make changes to adapt to new requirements.
