If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleQuality Assurance, EngineerWhat does a Quality Assurance Engineer, Sr do?The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for the design, development execution and reporting of quality plans for the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) suite of products processing $2.7 trillion dollars in payments annually by ensuring all product changes meet strict quality expectations.
The engineer is reasonable for client interaction and working in a culturally diverse team of test analyst and test engineers to validate a product system's readiness for use in business.
What you will do :
Managing several projects simultaneously while communicating the scope of testing required to meet the needs of the project or desired business capabilities.
Reviewing and approving test plansAssisting with managing post-design scope changes and resolving issues throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Building a knowledge base or proficiency framework on the test team(s) and applications and become a specialist on the overall line of business pertaining to the test team(s).
Analyzing and prioritizing defects based upon business and programming specificationsPerforming testing activities to include:planning, design, scripting, execution, debugging and reporting tasksLeads, develops, monitors, and executes test activities for large sized projects.
Provides mentorship to team members on the scripting and execution activities to accomplish the test plan and design requirementsWhat you will need to have:6+ years of related technical experience.3-5 years technical experience in one or more mainframe and/or distributed application technologies, web application technologies, databases, principles of quality, test automation, and performance testing activities.
Knowledge of Banking Industry:
Payments, Tax Payments, ACH, NACHA (National Automated Clearing House Association)
Knowledge of user interface testing and ADA compliance testingKnowledge of automation tools:
TOSCA, SeleniumKnowledge of project management and waterfall Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processesThis role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New York or Washington.
