Responsibilities:
As the disciplinary leader of the Configuration Management department in the Engineering division at Mallard Bay, you will:
- Ensure the appropriate qualification of employees and support their professional and personal development. This includes aligning the department with the company's strategic and technological goals.
- Plan and optimize necessary resources and their deployment, taking into account a multiproject and product environment.
- Be responsible for staffing and conducting annual employee evaluations.
- Be accountable for planning and implementing the goals of your department.
- Manage and monitor compliance with engineering processes within your area of responsibility and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of applied methods.
