Job description:

During the one-year training program, you will learn the knowledge and skills necessary to perform nursing tasks independently or in collaboration with nursing professionals.

You have the following profile:
  • Completion of secondary school or equivalent, alternatively a completed vocational training
  • Previous internship experience in nursing is desirable
  • Passion for caring, supporting, and accompanying elderly people
  • Empathy, sensitivity, and patience in dealing with residents
  • Good observation skills to detect changes early on
  • Teamwork skills to overcome challenges together
  • Friendly demeanor, even in challenging situations
  • Good knowledge of the German language or willingness to improve it
