Salesperson Training at Rush Hill

As a trainee (m/f/d) at Takko Fashion, you won't just be stocking shelves or making coffee for the executives.

On the contrary, you will be an integral part of the team from the beginning and will be close to the action and our customers.

You will learn everything there is to know about the textile retail industry in a live and direct manner.

Your responsibilities:

The practical part of your training takes place directly in one of our Takko Fashion stores. At the beginning of your training, you will get to know the daily business in retail from purchasing and sales to marketing and visual merchandising, as well as consulting, service, and how to interact with customers.
The theoretical part of your 2year training will be taught at a local vocational school.
You can take on departmental responsibilities during your training.
After successfully passing the final exam to become a salesperson (m/f/d), you can start your career
