    **Barback & Food Runner** **| $12.00/hr +Tip Out**

    **As a Cambria Bar Back and Food Runner you will be responsible for:**

    Greeting hotel Guests

    Ensuring lounge area is clean and sanitary

    Running food to lounge guests and communicating and requests or mistakes to bartenders and kitchen crew

    Performing all necessary side work, setup, and breakdown of the bar

    Assisting the bartender in the efficient running of all bar operations

    Cleaning and changing trash cans, fill and clean ice bins, stock beer, wine, juice, and other beverages

    Cleaning shelving, stainless steel, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns

    Unpacking deliveries, stock bar and change beer kegs

    Cleaning and stocking bar glasses

    Restocking bar during service at request of bar staff

    Assisting bartenders with table clearing and set up

    **Knowledge, Skills And Abilities**

    Able to work flexible hours and shifts

    Ability to communicate effectively verbally

    Team player

    Ability to multi-task
