- Welcome and support inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner according to established call center protocols and quality standards
- Listen attentively and respond to customer inquiries regarding their Vehicle Service Contracts
- Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify potential contract cancellation causes and present potential solutions to retain customers
- Accurately provide information on coverage plans, terms, pricing, and any available incentives or promotions
- Process customer contract adjustments, renewals, and cancellations in accordance with set procedures
- Promote collaboration with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes related to Vehicle Service Contracts
- Fulfill individual and team performance objectives, including call quality, average handling time, and customer retention targets
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service or call center position focusing on customer retention
- Excellent verbal communication abilities with a professional telephonic manner
- Active listening skills and the capacity to empathize with customers
- Capacity to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while handling high call volumes
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using customer service software and databases
- Knowledge of Vehicle Service Contracts or familiarity in the automotive industry is a plus
- Problem-solving capabilities and a customer-oriented approach to inquiries
