Job Position Purpose/Summary:

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will support the organization's marketing strategy by developing and implementing social media plans and campaigns.

You will act as the frontline brand-advocate for the organization by interacting with members and fans/followers in real time on Visions' behalf on various web and social media platforms and continue to grow with existing web and social channels

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:


  • An associate degree in Finance, Marketing or relevant field.
  • 13 years' experience in social media marketing, general marketing, creative communication, copywriting, branding or related required.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Proficient with graphic design and video editing, using software (Adobe Creative suite, Canva, or similar) as well as basic mobile photo and video editing.
  • Proficient with social media programs to include (but not limited to): Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, Google.
  • Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with experience in social media/marketing internships placements.

Compensation Range:
