The Leasing Process Owner will analyze, optimize, and implement cross-functional business processes to ensure measurable end-to-end efficiency and effectiveness gains and improved customer experience.

The scope will cover all Direct Contractual leasing processes across all functions and across all geographies involved across L2C value chain.


This Process Owner will have strong knowledge of leasing and will have a strategic mindset, be passionate about people and be very comfortable with ambiguity.

In this role you will report to (TBC but within L2C Leadership) and will interact with business leaders at various levels on a regular basis and serve as a direct link to enable L2C to be effective in managing change into the Markets to improve process outcomes.

It will take the completion of multiple individual initiatives over time to achieve the bigger overarching goal/end state. You will be responsible and accountable for delivering the end state.


The intent of this role is that you will coordinate efforts across Functional Process Owners to ensure sustainable end to end implementation.

For this role you will lead the overall initiatives to improve the E2E leasing process with strong attention to strategy alignment, implementation, and delegation.

You will be a highly skilled professional and accomplished communicator and leader who will help L2C to stay on schedule to drive global leasing process efficiencies, Eliminate Friction and Streamline Investment and Prioritization across the L2C value chain to reshape the customer experience as we pivot to outcome-based selling.


OUTCOMES

  • Lead a team of Global Process Owners to design and digitally document the e2e Global Leasing process from Opportunity to Quote to Expand & Renew
  • Identify ideal future state e2e Direct Contractual Leasing process and design a plan to bridge current state to future state process.
  • Deploy & maintain the most efficient E2E process for the processes in scope, optimizing efficient process flows leveraging automation wherever possible.
  • Work to drive global consistency (and across Business Units) of leasing processes but recognizing and approving divergence based on local legal &/or regulatory requirements or genuine business constraints only
  • Monitor process delivery against agreed KPI's, root cause analyse and drive for improvements
  • Ensure process documentation (RACI/Playbook/process maps & data flows) are regularly reviewed and maintained by assigned owners.
  • Ensure adequate levels of MoC & training is provided to users within the process cycle scope to embed continuous process improvement.

Success factors

E2e Cross functional authority to own & optimise the e2e Direct Contractual leasing process driving improvement in identified KPI's vs external benchmarks (not just incremental improvements, we are looking for step change) Strong
governance model to support consistent process improvement cross functionally. Ability to analyze & identify
key areas of weakness related to process, people and/or tools, cross functionally, and a strong preference for collaborative alignment. Design & implementation of a deal Integrated Leasing Escalation Plan to ensure that L2C transformation does not get pulled into daily deal/customer escalations


Responsibilities

  • Lead, orchestrate and guide complex cross organizational, cross geo, time sensitive activities that have significant impact on L2C and Payment Solution COE strategic direction and goals.
  • Understand the L2C e2e Leasing processes current process vs required Future State, gap analysis and solution design
- in summary understand, and be able to articulate how your program contributes to the bigger picture.

  • Lead, orchestrate and guide complex cross organizational, cross geo, time sensitive activities that have significant impact on GSS strategic direction and goals and continually review to ensure strategic alignment
  • Build trust and develop strong relationships with team members and key stakeholders. Act as key advisor to upstream and downstream process owners, providing insight and guidance to define right set of priorities.
  • Ensure that processes and cadence are in place to manage e2e Leasing Processes
  • Ensure the ability to provide timely E2E view of process status under your management, aligned with Payment Solution COE strategic requirements.
  • Timely identification of process delivery obstacles and management of Issue resolution
  • Establish the metrics required to measure process impact on transformation goals and recommend the goforward strategy to address any process delivery gaps.
  • Develop and drive comprehensive improvement recommendations, based on analysis, emerging trends, and experience.
  • Counsel business leaders, recommend approaches for executing highlevel strategies and develop creative solutions to drive step change outcomes.
