    Description

    Consilio's client seeks a Litigation Attorney with at least 3-5 years of experience.

    Job Details:

    • Full-time: 40 hours per week
    • Location: Remote
    • Duration: 2-3 months
    • Start Date: As soon as possible
    • Pay rate: $65 - $75 per hour, depending on qualifications

    Job Duties:

    • Assisting with plaintiff's litigation mostly around real property, including a construction defect case, a foreclosure action, and an unlawful detainer of commercial property litigation.
    • Drafting motions and pleadings, conducting legal research, and helping with trial prep.

    Requirements:

    • Experience with drafting motions and pleadings, trial prep, and legal research.
    • 3-5 years of experience at a law firm, in-house, or both
    • An active Florida Bar license is required

    The hourly rate range for this position is approximately $65 - $75 per hour. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role.
