They should demonstrate proficiency in handling liability cases, exhibit self-motivation, diligence, and display exceptional legal writing skills. Responsibilities to Include:

• Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and case evaluations to advocate for our clients' interests.
• Prepare meticulously for and actively participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide regular updates.
• Collaborate closely with our team to devise litigation strategies and tactics.
• Craft compelling legal documents and arguments.
• Uphold a commitment to preparation and diligence.
• First chair trial experience not required.
