    Qualities of the Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in civil litigation, a thorough understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure, firsthand experience in depositions and hearings, and a talent for meticulous case preparation and strategic planning. They should demonstrate proficiency in handling liability cases, exhibit self-motivation, diligence, and display exceptional legal writing skills. An industrious work ethic and collaborative spirit are an indispensable part of our culture.

    Responsibilities to Include:

    • Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and case evaluations to advocate for our clients' interests.
    • Prepare meticulously for and actively participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
    • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide regular updates.
    • Collaborate closely with our team to devise litigation strategies and tactics.
    • Craft compelling legal documents and arguments.
    • Uphold a commitment to preparation and diligence.
    • First chair trial experience not required.
