    Job Summary

    Job Description

    Core Responsibilities

    • Offer legal counsel for Comcast Business, including areas like indirect sales and referral programs.
    • Negotiate commercial agreements such as hardware purchases, software agreements, and professional services contracts.
    • Provide guidance on new products and services and stay updated on industry trends.
    • Lead in legal specialties and mentor legal staff.
    • Complete any other assigned duties.

    Education & Experience Requirements:

    • JD degree from a top law school.
    • Licensed in one US jurisdiction with 3-5 years of experience in related industries.
    • Strong negotiating and communication skills.
    • Experience in telecommunications, media, or technology preferred.

    • Exercise independent judgment and have excellent communication skills.
    • Understand risk assessment in a technology-driven industry.
    • Work effectively with senior management and handle multiple projects.
    • Advocate for inclusion & diversity.
