    Description

    Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a workplace well-being provider experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Licensed Counselor opportunity in the greater Port St Lucie, FL area. The Licensed Counselor will be responsible for providing individual counseling and coaching support in a corporate environment. This is an in-office opportunity.
    Position: Licensed Counselor

    Location: Near Port St Lucie, FL

    Licensed Counselor Duties:

    • Designing and delivering workshops/training aligned with the annual resiliency program
    • Facilitating group interventions including peer group support sessions and creative therapies such as art therapy, therapeutic journaling, etc.
    • Working closely with your Lead Wellbeing Specialist and the Trust & Safety Wellbeing Manager to share qualitative insights about factors impacting employee well-being.
    Licensed Counselor Qualifications:
    • Masters Degree in Counseling and/or Psychotherapy.
    • LCSW, LMFT or LMHC (clean/active FL license)
    • 3 Years of corporate workplace counseling experience Preferred
