    Description
  • The Automation Project Engineer leads NA Automation projects.
  • Additionally, collaboration with stakeholders throughout the enterprise is critical to help drive the adoption and sustainability of all automation.
  • Cell layout, schematics, PLC interface, mechanical design, equipment/hardware selection, vision or robot programming, wiring, and assembly)
  • Develop project timelines and budgets with milestone dates for completion of work.
  • Record keeping and documentation related to risk assessment, machine operation, maintenance, and support/troubleshooting.
  • Identify, develop, and implement required modifications to support business changes throughout the lifespan of installed equipment.
  • 3 or more years of experience with, or a combination of, electrical controls, PLC interfaces, robotics, vision systems, and mechanical design for automated work cells.
