    Position Highlights

    Project Engineer


    • Full Time Direct Hire
    Background Requirements


    • BS Degree in an Engineering Discipline required
    • Minimum 3 years of project engineering experience
    • Preferable experience in molding and assembly manufacturing of plastic connectors
    • Knowledge of AIAG Core Tools and TS-16949
    Job Responsibilities


    • Coordinate and execute Connector Group and customers' engineering projects;
    • Actively monitor progress of all project activities and tasks, to ensure quality requirements, timeline milestones and cost targets are met.
    • Schedule and lead kick-off and status meetings regularly with customers and the project core team to address any open issues and upcoming tasks.

    Challenge:
    The project engineer is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of the connector group and customers engineering projects. From concept to manufacturing launch; ensuring compliance with Program Management procedures and effective project management practices are utilized.

    Location:
    Plymouth, MI and Greenville, SC
