    Description

    Reports to:
    Project Manager

    Location:
    Plymouth, MN

    The Project Engineer will work with the Project Management team to ensure projects are built from start to finish with the highest safety, quality, and production in the industry.

    Duties and responsibilities
    Support project budgeting and cost controls
    Review submittals and provide project documentation
    Work with field management to provide schedules and daily work plans
    Conduct, and participate in project meetings
    Assist in the selection and coordination of vendors and subcontractors
    Other duties as assigned
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Management
    Related field experience a plus
    Problem solving and critical thinking skills
    Detailed documentation skills
    Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team
    Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
    Demonstrated ability to work with coworkers from diverse cultural backgrounds
    Ability to work with Tri-State Drilling to create an inclusive environment where all are welcomed
    Working Conditions
    Regular travel is required
    Jobsites and main office location
    Work in all types of weather
    Physical requirements
    Must be able to navigate rugged terrain
