- Collaborate across Precision Strip to develop safety related items that prevent and protect associates
- Ensure compliance and implementation of safety regulations and procedures
- Coach, train, and assist plants in developing corrective actions and solve problems
- Investigate safety issues to identify root causes, ensure issues are addressed and resolved
- Conduct compliance audits to recognize performance and identify areas of improvement
- Develop recommendations to strengthen our safety management system
- Support other projects as needed
