Job summary

The Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for providing comprehensive technical and commercial pre-sales support to the Sales organization. Identifies, qualifies, and scopes business opportunities by translating customer business and technical requirements into effective content security and anti-piracy solutions. Supports architecture involving hardware, software, cloud infrastructure video delivery workflows integrations with third-party proprietary systems.

Acts as a trusted technical advisor to customers partners supporting revenue growth through solution design demonstrations technical validation.

Main responsibilities Collects analyzes evaluates interprets complex customer technical requirements turning them into accurate cost-effective proposals using Company third party solutions meeting deadlines Serve trusted advisor challenging assumptions identifying core needs accelerating deal progression recurring revenue growth Supports sales cycles across early-stage discovery RFP/RFI responses demonstrations trials validations Maintains awareness piracy threat vectors competitive environments market trends positions Company solutions effectively in competitive situations Provides coaching sales team members strengthening product knowledge confidence solution positioning Acts liaison between Sales internal stakeholders Product Management Engineering Cloud Security Operations understanding product direction communicating relevant information customers sales teams Sets configures demos proof-of-concepts trials products services customers partners Produces architectures documentation executive-level summaries Maintains communication ensuring timely responses coordination internal stakeholders Works independently remotely meeting expectations deadlines Highly adaptable learning new technologies tools methods cultures changing priorities Strong written verbal presentation skills English,
