- Perform financial diligence and modeling for asset and entity acquisition opportunities.
- Research industry trends and identify investment opportunities aligned with company strategy.
- Manage the cross-functional diligence process and generate related reports on timelines, status, and issues.
- Prepare investment presentations for executives and the board.
- Collaborate with finance and legal to ensure compliance with debt, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage a Senior Analyst dedicated to the growth and investment strategy of the renewables business segment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a business environment
- Experience in telecom or renewables sectors in a similar role strongly preferred
- Mastery of financial concepts such as NPV, IRR, and WACC
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Bachelor's degree required
