Your Responsibilities
Cross-location coding for patient cases
Secure application of the German coding guidelines (DKR)
Length of stay management
Point of contact for employees and managers for all coding-related questions
Participation in MD inspections
Optimization of documentation in collaboration with clinics
Your Profile
Successfully completed training as a healthcare professional with practical experience
Additional qualification as a clinical coding specialist or equivalent, preferably with experience in coding according to ICD, OPS, and DKR
Proficient in MS Office and common grouping software
Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and commitment, as well as independent and structured work style
