About the Role:

The primary responsibility in this role involves addressing and resolving intricate service calls, offering technical support and troubleshooting for Honeywell clients. Additionally, you may handle tasks related to the technical execution of minor service projects, time and material, and regular maintenance. Clients will possess a range of products in HVAC, automation controls, life safety, fire, security systems, and associated computer systems. Level 3 Technicians will guide and support junior technicians, aiming to guarantee system uptime and effectiveness.

Serving Southern New Mexico and West Texas regions.


Key Responsibilities:

• Independently resolve complex issues.
• Configure multiple systems.
• Conduct system backups and apply necessary updates and patches.
• Address unique problems, scenarios, and integrations based on customer requirements.
• Program EBI's (Enterprise Building Integrator).
• Apply expertise in virtual machines, system imaging, and networking to address customer needs.
• Document work and fulfill contractual obligations.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
• Obtain required security clearances as specified by clients.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of HVAC/Automation Field Experience.
• Ability to work independently most of the time.
• Willingness to travel within the service area, occasionally requiring overnight stays.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HVAC/Automation Field Experience.
• Technical Training.
• Low Voltage License.
