- Manage a portfolio of technology projects
- Strong expertise in leading and supporting M&A integrations, Budgeting, Relationship management and coordinating at various levels of regional and corporate staff
- Strong focus on managing and tracking agency integrations and merger tasks
- Extensive experience Managing Agency platforms and business operations programs
- Align programs, projects and operations to APs strategic objectives
- Drive efficiencies related to project execution
- Provide clarity around program scope, goal and expected benefits and communicates effectively
- Solid inter-personal communication and persuasive skills
- Oversees adherence to Project Management and IT industry best practices
- Capture and help prioritize project change requests that can include new requirements, features, functions, operational constraints, regulatory demands and technical enhancements
- Facilitate estimation and management of the financial resources of a project or group of projects
- Produce Regular Project Reporting
- Escalate project issues to leadership as needed
- Other duties and projects as assigned

- Bachelors degree required, or higher education level, or foreign equivalent, preferably in area with Information Technology or Software Engineering emphasis. Minimum of 10 years professional experience, preferably in implementing software applications
- Experience in managing Insurance software applications
- Experience with acquisition and merger of new companies into existing IT operations
- Extensive experience in systems architecture and IT operations
- Experience supporting Agency Management systems
- Experience with systems integration (i.e. Policy, Billing, Claims, Reinsurance, third-party systems)
- Facilitation experience for conducting stakeholder meetings
- Familiar with Joint Application Design (JAD) session, rapid prototyping and similar approaches
- Familiar with business process design concepts and principles
