"Sales Talent Wanted Join us as a Call Center Agent in the Outbound department at our location in Magdeburg, serving and advising our existing customers. We rely on your communication skills, enthusiasm, and expertise

ADAC Nord Dienstleistung GmbH offers high-quality service and consulting services within the ADAC network. We are passionate about mobility, travel, vacations, insurance, and of course, ADAC membership.


Your responsibilities:

  • Contacting existing members or customers by phone
  • Introducing and explaining ADAC offers, insurance, and other products
  • Selling additional ADAC products and insurance
  • Advising customers on contract adjustments and optimizations
  • Supporting the Inbound team in daily operations

Our requirements:

  • Previous experience in Outbound or sales
  • Enjoyment of working with people and on the phone
  • Strong communication skills and ability to inspire and persuade
  • Sales and customer orientation, as well as sensitivity in dealing with different personalities
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Saturdays only 6 hours and a maximum of 2 Saturdays per month)

  • Attractive salary of 14.50 euros gross per hour plus commission payments
