What to Expect

  • You will support five young men with early childhood autism in a shared living arrangement
  • You will provide care to residents as needed and intervene in problematic behaviors
  • You will actively contribute to the development of the facility
  • You will work in day care and as a night watch
Requirements

  • Completed training as a special needs caregiver or educator (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, some experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and a passion for working with people with this syndrome
  • Experience with methods and tools used in supporting individuals with autism (e.g. TEACCH) is desirable
