Huson, MT's Paintgun is on a mission to transform the way digital ads are created, launched, and accessed by the world's largest mobile app publishers.

Our team is seeking a talented individual to join us in this exciting venture.

Starting date:
March 1st

Responsibilities:

Brainstorming and designing assets for various creative ad concepts
Collaborating with the team to understand creative briefs, digital design needs, and project deadlines
Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and strong design aesthetics
Ensuring adherence to digital file format standards and providing technical support and best practices for file management

Requirements:

Expertise in Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
Proficiency in Figma
Experience with 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D
Proven track record of working with paid social ads
Based in Berlin and able to work from our Neukölln office
Experience working with FinTech clients is a plus
Passion for the startup industry with a focus on copywriting and understanding of market trends
Solutionoriented mindset, able to influence creative decisions to drive KPIs and social metrics
Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and selfmotivated attitude are essential.
