We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Producer to join our development team for Hunt: Showdown in Two Buttes, CO.


As a Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple teams and pipelines, making critical decisions, and ensuring that the development and final product are of the highest quality and delivered on time.

You will also be responsible for roadmap planning, prioritization, and time management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior production members, directors, and leads to break down milestones into sprint deliverables.
  • Communicate department roadmaps, schedules, and capacity to senior production members.
  • Effectively communicate key dates and deadlines to team members and drive goal completion.
  • Define and track dependencies, and ensure clear communication of scope changes and their impact.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and trust within the team.
