Financial Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) - Administration PETRA in Schlüchtern, North St. Paul, MN

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting
  • Support in controlling, financial planning, and yearend closing
  • Recording of ongoing business transactions
  • Continuous reconciliation of accounts within the PETRA project group
  • Processing tasks for practical departments
  • Point of contact for tax advisors for balance sheet and taxrelated inquiries
  • Preparation of proof of use
  • Preparation of VAT returns and statistical reports
  • General accounting tasks
  • Professional management of the finance and accounting team

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and further training as an accountant
  • Professional experience in a similar position
  • Leadership skills, assertiveness, and confident demeanor
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to work and analytical approach
  • Good knowledge of DATEV
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good understanding of numbers and quick comprehension
