    The Opportunity:


    As a Digital Engineer practitioner on our team, you'll have the chance to lead the development and upgrades of aerospace systems across multiple defense, civilian, and space domains by leading digital engineering and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) activities.

    Your customer will t rus t you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced te chn ology solutions.

    You will help lead a diverse team of te chn ically competent engineers, each rising in their careers.

    On our team, you'll be able to broaden your skillset into areas like model-based design, model-based systems engineering, digital engineering, and te chn ical analyses.

    You Have:
    5+ years of experience with systems engineering

    2+ years of experience with the use or application of MBSE tools

    Experience with leading engineering teams

    Knowledge of core systems and digital engineering concepts regarding the use of engineering models across the lifecycle, authoritative lifecycle data, tool chains, digital threads, and digital twins

    Secret clearance

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Te chn ology

    Nice If

    You Have:
    Experience with supporting engineering tools, including Das sau lt 3DS, SBE Vision, IBM DOORS, Jama Connect, ModelCenter, TeamCenter, MATLAB, STK, and CAD tools, such as CATIA and SolidWorks

    Experience with the Department of Defense aerospace program acquisition office

    Experience with conceptualizing military problems, decomposing high-level missions systems modeling, and developing detailed designs in a systems model to support product development

    Experience with developing and executing model-based testing using the systems model with li nk ed engineering tools

    Knowledge of li nk ing analytical and engineering tools in a digital thread

    Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Master's degree in Engineering

    OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional

    ( OCSMP )

    Certification

    INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including CSEP or ASEP Certification

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186, annualized USD).

    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
