Description

The Expert Care National - HTTS team provides Tier 3 technical support at security classification to the Federal and SLED customer base via phone, email, web, and remote access for R/S, Security, Collaboration, Data Center, Wireless, Service Provider (both hardware and software) to Cisco customers, partners, account teams, and other engineers to independently troubleshoot & debug product problems.

Required Skills & Experience

CCNP or CCIE certifications are great but not a MUST (if they do have certifications, we need to know expiration)

Nexus Data Center switches or Application Centric Application (ACI) 9000 series
Sole US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance
Resolution leader, problemsolving troubleshooting methodology

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
