- Ensure smooth operation of application systems by resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with Infrastructure/Service Support team for root cause analysis and client management
- Deploy code updates across different environments
- Diagnose and communicate technical issues effectively with customers
- Investigate problems with client integrations and system functionality
- Coordinate with development teams for solutions
- Maintain documentation related to support operations
- Utilize ticketing systems for efficient workflow
- 8+ years experience with AWS Services (VPC, EC2, EBS, EFS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB)
- Proficiency in Linux services and Shell Scripting or Python
- Expertise in Relational Databases, particularly MYSQL and/or MSSQL
- Knowledge of Integration Tools (Jenkins) and Planning Tools (JIRA, GitHub)
- Experience reading Java code and familiarity with web application server deployment
- SQL skills for query operations
- Role involves working shifts
