The position can be based at our offices in Gießen, Darmstadt or Kassel. This is a full-time position, which can also be divided if necessary.

Your tasks and responsibilities Your main task is the management and leadership of your own organizational unit. You are responsible for the business controlling of all commercial processes in your area. Your tasks include the cooperative management of assigned employees and the coordination/management of specialist tasks with homogeneous objectives. This includes conflict resolution, monitoring of working time matters and support for personnel development. You are responsible for the preparation of the business plan. You work cooperatively with customers and partners.

The salary is based on a salary of up to EG 11 TVöD (VKA) and is subject to a final individual evaluation and personal qualification.
