    We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and contribute to our firm's growth and success.


    Position Overview:


    As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage potential clients, and drive business growth.

    This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in digital marketing, campaign management, and strategic planning.

    You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, from digital campaigns to event marketing, ensuring alignment with our firm's goals and values.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns.
    • Oversee the management of platforms such as , Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Constant Contact, and Adobe, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
    • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of drip campaigns, including mass email and print advertising campaigns, to engage potential clients effectively.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with business objectives and revenue targets.
    • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
    • Stay abreast of the latest marketing technologies and best practices, continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance our marketing efforts.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications is preferred.
    • At least 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and campaign management.
    • Demonstrated experience with marketing platforms such as , Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Constant Contact, and Adobe.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
    • Experience in the legal industry or a similar professional services field is highly desirable.
