- Project Execution and delivery;
- Developer, GC and supply chain management;
- Prelitigation disputes;
- 5+ years of legal experience (with at least three years at a law firm) as an attorney
- Experience managing complex construction contracts, project execution and delivery issues.
- Inhouse experience in a technology, Internet company, or real estate / construction company
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
- Practical legal and business judgment and ability to make recommendations to senior business leaders

As Corporate Counsel, Construction, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to support Amazon's Design and Construction teams and partner with them to build, launch and manage Amazon's operations network facilities in North America and beyond.
This position structures, drafts and negotiates agreements, manages outside counsel, and counsels internal business clients on:The role also provides day-to-day business and construction law counseling; identifies opportunities for and implements process improvements; and administers and resolves legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships.
