    Description


    We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer that will be responsible for the design anddevelopment of core ServiceNow capabilities for in accordance with client requirements.


    Responsibilities:
    Work with various clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements, currentarchitecture, and approach needed for success of the engagement.
    Provide tools and capability recommendations based on your experience and research of thecurrent product functionality.

    Responsible for supporting the design, development, and continuous improvement of enterprisesolutions in ServiceNow, Scope includes Platform Management, HRSD, CSM/PSDS, GRC/IRM, AppEngine, PSM, etc.

    Collaborate with the existing internal ServiceNow team (and customers) on activities anddevelopment projects
    Participate in administration of ServiceNow to include upgrades, updates, etc. as needed
    Maintain technical expertise relevant industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow
    Provide coaching and peer reviews for other SeriviceNow Developers
    Exercise judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
    Applies technical expertise and knowledge of other related disciplines

    Qualifications:
    Bachelors Degree from an accredited university.
    Domain expertise in at least one ServiceNow product (Platform, SPM, HRSD, GRC, CSM, etc)

    6+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core tables, Glide, scripting, UIactions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and adevelopment method.

    Designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technicalstandards.
    Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirementanalysis and system design.
    Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
    Ability to obtain a Public Trust or higher security clearance

    Nice to Haves:
    Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP and REST preferred
    ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), CIS- **, Certified Systems Admin or otherServiceNow certifications preferred
