- Support litigation practice and specialty dispute practices
- Know and maintain files
- Work with attorneys to monitor and follow up with clients, keep work flowing forward
- Delegate administrative tasks and calendaring to staff when possible
- Willingness to understand the business of transportation and how to support our clients
- Assist multiple attorneys with litigated, non-litigated, corporate, and administrative proceeding matters throughout the State of Florida and elsewhere.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives.
- Assist with daily tasks and filings.
- Create tasks and calendar notifications, with reminders, for appointments and court deadlines.
- Keep document storage software organized and set an example for others. Take charge of organization at all levels.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- At least 5-10 years' experience in paralegal work
- Associate degree in Paralegal Studies, Business, or related field preferred, Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
- Paralegal certificate a plus.
- Civil litigation experience required.
