    I am partnering with Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital, a medical facility based in Hastings, NE, that is seeking temporary CRNA coverage for the upcoming months.

    About the Job:
    - Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital, Hastings, NE
    - Direct Client role with no vendor management involved
    - 183-bed facility categorized as a Level 3 Trauma Center
    - Immediate need for coverage with ongoing requirements
    - CRNA responsibilities include hospital and outpatient surgery center duties, with majority of work at the hospital

    Schedule Details:
    - Shift timings: Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 3 PM
    - Full-time coverage needed for 6-12 months duration
    - Minimum assignment length: 3 weeks on and 1 week off per month for a minimum of three months
    - Autonomous role with supervision from MD
    - Hospital comprises 6 surgical suites, 2 endo suites, and 1 C-section room
    - Surgical Center features 3 surgical suites

    Types of Cases:
    - OB, General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Urology, Podiatry (Epidurals and Blocks proficiency crucial for OB cases)
    - On-call duty ratio is 1 in 12, starting after 4 weeks of work and gradually integrated into the call schedule
    - Privileging process estimates 30-45 days' duration
    - Remuneration: $225 per hour with a guaranteed 9-hour shift from Monday to Friday
