- Leads the integration of marketing performance data and serves as project management lead on implementation of marketing visualization tools.
- Develops and manages data roadmaps to provide continued enhancements to marketing performance reporting and optimization opportunities. Develops, publishes, and presents executive reporting and dashboards.
- Manages day-to-day operations of the marketing analytics database, including vendor management and prioritization of business change requests. Leads the training processes on a range of marketing analytics and dashboarding tools and fosters the data-driven culture across teams.
- Understands and correctly utilizes resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures.
- Leads marketing data management efforts, consolidating disparate data sources and enhancing data assets, to enable best in class marketing execution & analytics.
- Assists in identifying and troubleshooting data processing issues.

- Knowledge of marketing communications and coordination of creative content
- Knowledge of data visualization platforms like Tableau, DOMO or Power BI
- Organized with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, and trends.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills sufficient to analyze and interpret data and make accurate and consistent interpretations.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, economics, communications, business, or related fields.
- 4 years of experience with channel marketing, social media, content creation, creative, brand management, experience with tactical marketing execution, cross functional collaboration, writing marketing communication collateral, managing multiple projects and/or campaigns, and high attention to detail.
- Experience working as part of a larger marketing team executing on product marketing deliverables that tie to business outcomes.
