- Conduct pricing analysis at micro & macro levels.
- Analyze key business drivers & present clear, concise recommendations based on findings to influence business decisions.
- Develop business analytics to support key decision-making & profitability governance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of financial experience is required.
- Commercial business understanding.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication.
- Ability to provide financial support and handle multiple tasks within an open and interactive environment.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet short deadlines.
- Excel experience, comfortable analyzing large data sets, utilizing pivot tables & charts, creating graphs, VLOOKUP, IF statements, etc.
- P&L management, accounting, commercial operations, and supply chain experience highly preferred.
- The normal setting for this job is an office environment or work-from-home office with up to 15% travel.

The Financial Analyst II - Key Accounts will work within the Commercial Finance team and be a key business partner supporting Key Accounts with responsibilities in P&L management. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment providing recommendations to support strategic decision making. They will be externally focused and business partners with Sales, Marketing, R&D & Commercial leadership at all levels.
This position is hybrid and will require reporting to the Jackson, MI office approximately 2 days per week. Additionally, onsite training for the first week of employment will be conducted in Jackson, Michigan. This position has up to 15% travel.
