Established in 1926, Family Service League is a social services agency who provides comprehensive services to individuals, children, and families to improve the quality of their lives at home, in the workplace, and in the community.

With more than 60 social service and mental health programs in over 20 locations, Family Service League is committed to serving Long Island's most vulnerable citizens.

Family Service League is seeking a full-time Supervisor for our Family Recovery Center (FRC) in Riverhead. The Supervisor will work with the Program Director to provide clinical and administrative oversight.

In this position, the Supervisor will provide individual and group supervision, oversee the completion of documentation, and offer direct service.

The Supervisor will demonstrate an understanding of program outcomes, performance indicators, and program evaluation tools.

The Supervisor will provide clinical oversight to clinic staff.
Assist the clinic Program Director to provide necessary support to staff in order to reach program and Agency goals.
Ensure staff compliance with related regulations and agency policies.
The Supervisor will review productivity and performance indicators with staff.
Oversee staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and conducting supervisions and performance appraisals.
The Supervisor will coordinate with Information Technology staff regarding the use of technology tools and computer applications.
Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Computer proficiency skills, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records required.

Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
