We are a local family run cleaning company looking for GREAT people to join our team.

This job posting is for our 6 office locations in the Riverhead area.

Pay starts at $ per hour. ON THE BOOKS. If you show yourself to be a good solid cleaner, you can get raises.

ATTRIBUTES WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Must be Professional, detail-oriented, hardworking and love to clean.
• Must have good attendance and have a great attitude at all times.
• Must be RELIABLE and; TRUSTWORTHY.
• Must have not be grossed out cleaning toilets. (it's not that bad)
• Be able to take constructive criticism. Don't take it personally

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid social security number and authorized to work in the United States. (we conduct background checks prior to your start)
• Speak English.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and break rooms
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Perform floor care duties, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals properly according to safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning preferred but not necessary
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
