Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator (Temporary for 3-6 months)

Location: White Plains, NY

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with one hour for lunch, hybrid schedule - three days in office, two from home

Hourly Rate: $26-28; based on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis with the potential for permanent placement. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and a strong ability to analyze and interpret data.

Responsibilities:

Utilize ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or JDA to manage inventory, track shipments, and process orders.

Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.

Handle email correspondence related to supply chain activities, including communicating with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Generate and distribute weekly reports on key supply chain metrics, such as inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and transportation costs.

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to optimize supply chain processes and mitigate risks.

Assist in resolving any supply chain issues or disruptions that may arise, such as inventory shortages or delivery delays.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory transactions, purchase orders, and shipping documents.

Requirements:

Previous experience using an ERP system such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or JDA is required.

Familiarity with supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and managing inbound/outbound shipments.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to run and interpret weekly reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

Please Note: This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs. Candidates must be available to work during regular business hours and willing to commit to a temporary-to-permanent transition.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
